FAQ
SHIPPING POLICY
please allow seven to ten business days for your order to be processed and shipped. our ship days are monday and tuesday but we don't ship on holidays. please be sure to double check delivery address to avoid not receiving your package due to incorrect address information, if shipping to an apartment be sure to provide an accurate apartment number to avoid package not being received.
if your package is returned to sender due to incorrect address information you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again for order to be resent.
you will receive a order confirmation and or tracking number information once your order has been processed. be sure to check spam and promo folder as well.
please note that any delays occurring after the package has been collected by the postal service are beyond our control and if your package is lost or stolen, FOR THE CONSCIOUS ONES is not responsible.
REFUND POLICY
no refunds, all sales are final at the moment.
DAMAGE POLICY
please examine item when delivered to check for damages, if you receive a damaged item immediately contact us at FORTHECONSCIOUSONES@GMAIL.COM with your full name, order number and the details of the damaged item including a photo of the damaged item to be examined. we will review your request and respond within three to five business days.
upon fully examining the damaged item, if you are entitled to a replacement we will replace the item (free of charge) and cover the shipping cost have a replacement sent to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
FOR THE CONSCIOUS ONES require a twenty-four hour notice of cancellation which means if you cancel the order after twenty hours once your order has been processed, packaged and shipped the cancellation cannot be made. if you have any questions, contact FORTHECONSCIOUSONES@GMAIL.COM as soon as possible.
